Endgame Fundamentals exists to heighten the knowledge and performance of business strategies. To accomplish this we believe that a framework must be found or built that will assist in the alignment of a strategy with the capacities, dispositions and operations of its resources. Plans and elements should operate in an efficient congruence. Deriving these relationships is a key part of the strategic mission. What good is a superior strategy that is impossible or too costly to execute? Conversely, what good is an error free process that delivers no meaningful goods?

With the information and tools available to businesses today, any separation between a grand strategy and a rule set for its successful application would seem to be an unnecessary risk.
