His portfolio of resources and solutions encompasses a detailed knowledge of the nursing workforce issues and opportunities which exist in labor markets from California to Massachusetts. The genesis of this expertise comes from leading one of the nation’s largest providers of health care personnel. Its scope of operations included over 100 major metropolitan areas, servicing more than 4,200 hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. The organization provided clinical services utilizing an active pool of over 23,000 care givers.

 

As a health care President and CFO, Neal has operational, financial and strategic expertise. He has developed service teams, processes, and alliance networks, which improved facility talent access, cost effectiveness, workflow, and directly optimized client return on investment. 

 

Within the challenging medical workforce sector, his experience has spanned all delivery channels - recruiting, hiring, workflow, PRN/flex pools, vendor management programs, contract services – per diem, travel, permanent placement and international recruiting. His scope of knowledge includes perspectives from the initial days of web-based recruiting up to present day evaluations, assessments, tool kits, as well as meetings with learning experts, and leadership and unit managers of health care systems.
